When should we start with our jars?
Both food and fruit jars can be introduced as soon as your baby has started complementary feeding.
It is important that your baby:
- You can hold your head and sit up, even if you need back support.
- Show interest in the food
- Has lost the extrusion reflex, the one that allows him to expel food to the outside with the tongue.
- Have good eye-hand-mouth coordination
- Show chewing movements, even if you have no teeth
