Shipping times:

The delivery time for your order is 1 to 3 business days at the address you provide during the checkout process, counting from the acceptance of the order. However, during special periods or general promotions such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday, or promotional periods with discounts on the web, there may be a slight delay due to the high volume of orders.


Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you of the status of the shipment through our communication channels. If you have any questions you can write to us in our Help Center.

             Order less than 30€: 5,95€
             Order over 30€: FREE
- Balearic Islands:
             Order less than 30€: 9,95€.
             Order over 30€: 5,95€

Returns
Right of withdrawal:
If you act as a consumer and user when placing an order on our website, you have the right to cancel all or part of the contract generated within 14 calendar days (two weeks), without justification, and provided that the nature of the purchased good allows it. In this sense, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will imply the obligation to return the product in the same condition in which it was purchased, that is, with its original packaging and label. In accordance with the above, this period expires 14 calendar days from receipt of the order (in the case of requiring more than one delivery for the same order, the period will be counted from the receipt of the last delivery). In the event that you wish to return only part of the order, the partial amount corresponding to the returned items will be refunded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us through our Help Center. within 14 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In case you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we want to make the process easier for you and we provide you with two methods to do so:
    Collection by SMILEAT: We will send a delivery person to the delivery address to pick up the order. This service will cost 5,95 €, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In the latter case, SMILEAT will not apply any service cost, but the risk of loss or breakage of any of the products will be borne by the customer. It is important to note that, in order to make a return by this method, it is necessary to previously inform SMILEAT through our Help Center.
Once we have received the returned order and completed the verification of the products, we will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the order within 14 calendar days (two weeks). In case you have chosen the first shipping method, the amount of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund, which is 5,95 €. This refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Common provisions:
In the event that the order includes a personalized product, no refunds can be made. Also, taking into account that our products are food products, no returns will be made of open products, manipulated or with any sign of modification, unless these have been generated by an incident during shipment, which the customer must inform SMILEAT at the time of delivery of the product. It is important that each of the products to be returned comply with the terms stipulated in this return policy and in the current regulations, otherwise no right to receive a refund will be generated.
