What is the 100% nuts and peanuts product?
It is a blend of different nuts (hazelnut, cashew, and walnut) and peanuts, ground into powder for easy consumption, thus avoiding the risk of choking associated with whole nuts and peanuts.
I can give it to my baby if:
If there are no allergies to other foods and/or atopic dermatitis, and in case of doubt, consult with an allergist.
No family history of nut and/or peanut allergies.
They have started complementary feeding and have already tried a variety of foods regularly, including eggs and fish, without experiencing allergic reactions.
How to take this product?
1st day: Give 1 teaspoon (3g) with baby cereal, puree, or yogurt, for example. It is recommended to give it during the day and observe the baby for the next two hours for any signs of allergy.
2nd day: If there is no sign of allergy, repeat the same 3g dose again.
Remaining days: From then on, we recommend adding 1 tablespoon (6g) to their meals once a day for 3-4 times a week during the first year.
Expiration and shelf life after opening
The product has a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, it is recommended to consume preferably within a period of 2 months and store in refrigeration.
